Chef Marin Rendić presented the Croatian Mediterranean gastronomy in Olympiada, Greece

Chef Marin Rendić, ambassador of the Taste the Mediterranean festival, presented Croatian Mediterranean gastronomy for the weekend in the Greek town of Olympiada Chalkidiki, on the Aegean coast.

The owner and chef of the Zagreb restaurant Apetit by Marin Rendić (3 Gault & Millau toques and Michelin Plate) is a guest of the Eastern Halkidiki tourist board. At an exclusive dinner at the Eagles Palace Hotel, he prepared a four-course Mediterranean menu, and a Sunday seafood lunch he prepared in collaboration with the host chef at the exclusive Akroyiali restaurant.
