Gault&Millau guide launching in Russia- Come de Cherisey's big venture
The official launching of the first Russian Gault&Millau guide was held last night in Moscow; it is an important gastronomic event for the Russian capital.
The first guide Gault&Millau for Moscow gathered 400 people at the gala event, including 100 chefs, to celebrate an exceptional thing - the first gastronomic guide in Russia!
The guide includes 130 restaurants on 224 pages and presents the best addresses in the city, parallel with the G&M mobile application that covers the entire country.
Chef Anatoliy Kozakov was awarded as the chef of the year 2018, and Timor Abuzyarov as a young talented chef of the year 2018.
A guide to follow very closely, as Moscow will in a few years with no doubt become the gastronomic capital and new food destination.
