Oil mill SAN ANTONIO ISTARSKA BJELICA is a mono-varietal extra virgin olive oil of the indigenous Istarska bjelica variety. The oil is golden green in colour, with a rich aroma of freshly cut grass and olive leaves. Balanced bitterness and intense but pleasant spiciness are the main features of this premium oil. Green almonds, artichoke and mint nicely round off the taste of this exceptional olive oil. San Antonio Istarska bjelica oil pairs excellently with aged red meat, blue fish and hot chocolate soufflé. At Stancija San Antonio, in the Vodnjan area, 7,000 olive trees are cultivated in organic farming, and the oil is certified organic with a world-renowned certificate. Mono-varietal oils are produced from the most famous olive varieties: Vodnjan’s Buža, Carbonazza, Istrian Bjelica and Leccino. While the Mix San Antonio olive oil is a blend obtained by blending various varieties.
