Oil mill Sv. IVAN BLEND is an organic extra virgin olive oil made by blending several varieties: Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino, Levantinka and Oblica. Sv. Ivan Blend is golden in colour, slightly bitter and has a pronounced spiciness. It has an intense and very refined aroma of freshly cut grass, while the taste is dominated by green pepper and almonds. This oil is recommended with dishes such as red meat, various seasonal salads, cream soups, and vanilla desserts. The Duvnjak family from Vodice has been producing extra virgin olive oils for years. The Sveti Ivan Olive Oil Center includes a grove with about 1.000 olive trees, an oil mill and a tasting room where you can taste Sv. Ivan Blend and the monovarietal Sv. Ivan Oblica oil. The quality of Sv. Ivan olive oils is confirmed by awards and recognitions from prestigious domestic and international olive competitions.
