„Croatia gourmet 365“workshops in Osijek and Zagreb
The Croatian National Tourist Board, in cooperation with the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, organized a "Croatian 365 Gourmet" workshop in Osijek and Zagreb.

The
workshop in Osijek was held on 09/11/2017. at the Museum of Taste, while a
workshop in Zagreb was held on 10/11/2017 at the Westin Hotel. Speakers at the
workshops were the top Michelin chefs: Lionel Levy and Filippo Saporito, and
workshops provide top educational content and information
on world trends in the gastronomy and enology segment, including marketing.
Thus, participants at the workshops had the
opportunity to listen to lectures on world culinary trends, local cuisine,
modern pastry, food and wine slimming and restaurant management. Chef Lionel
Levy, known as the leader of the new Mediterranean cuisine, explained in his
lecture "The Head in the Stars" what Michelin stars mean, how to get
them and how to preserve them. Chef Filippo Saporito, who comes from the famous
gourmet region of Tuscany and who is crowned with a Michelin star, spoke of his
own menu based on fresh, local ingredients from proven producers, and the main
puddle of the pasta is made up of a secret recipe and various delicacies.
Namely, the Saporito family is known for participating in various TV cooking
shows on regional and national programs such as the La Prova del Cuoco show on
RAI TV.
Among the lecturers was the pastry chef Yoan
Dessarzin, who presented the presentation "A Sweet Thing for a
Remembrance", while Gabriel Vasquez held a presentation on branding and
marketing "LoveMark - Branding the Emotions". The program was
attended by the sommelier Mira Semic and Sandi Paris, the four-time winner of
the national championships of the best sommeliers, which represented Croatia at
numerous European and world competition of the sommelier. We remind you that
