Vjeko Bašić- Gault&Millau Croatia 2018 Chef of the Year announced the second edition of the gastronomic guide

In Kotányi Gourmet Club in Zagreb, cooperation between Kotányi and the world's leading Gault&Millau Croatia was announced. On that occasion, Chef Vjeko Bašić,  Gault&Millau Croatia Chef of the year 2018, prepared a four-courses menu.

Kotányi also launched a new line of spices Kotányi Selection- the exclusive selection of the finest mirodies, as the result of many years of passionate pursuits for the best spices.

This event is also announcement of the Gault&Millau Croatia gala event that will be held on March 5h at Hotel Esplanade.
