Annual gala trophy awards to the best chefs and restaurants in Croatia at the launch of the new edition of the Gaul&Millau Croatia guide is the most prestigious gathering of the culinary community: top chefs, producers and distributors of food and wine, and the media. Until now, this event was reserved for professionals and the gala dinner was attended only by invitation. However, prompted by numerous inquiries from food lovers, for the first time since Gault&Millau was published in Croatia, a limited number of places are on sale.

An exclusive 4 - hands, a six - course dinner, accompanied with wines, will be prepared by Chef Paul Ivić - TIAN Restaurant, Vienna (4 toques Gault&Millau Austria, Michelin*) and Chef Ana Grgić - Tomić, Gault&Millau Croatia Chef of the Year 2022, Restaurant Zinfandel’s (4 toques Gault&Millau Croatia, Michelin Green*)
