Gault&Millau masterclass powered by Metro at the Dubrovnik FestiWine

Japanese- French chef Ippei Uemura held an exclusive culinary masterclass on the attractive  Sunset Beach in Dubrovnik on Friday, 20th of April 2018.

Chef Uemura presented the Japanese technique of fish processing and the humane way to kill a live lobster to professionals from the catering sector. All the groceries were provided by Metro Cash & Carry, the sponsor of this culinary masterclass. The participants had the opportunity to try the dishes prepared by the chef and were convinced of his excellence.
