Gault&Millau Slovenia

On Tuesday, January 9th, 2018 in Ljubljana, a press conference was held on the arrival of the prestigious Gault&Millau gastronomic guide in Slovenia. Participants in the press conference were Come de Chérisey- owner of the guide and Gault&Millau CEO, Eva Štravs Podlogar-Slovenian Ministry of Economic Development and Technology secretary, Maja Pak- Tourism Organization Slovenia director, Ingrid Badurina Danielsson- Gault&Millau Croatia director, and Mira Šemić Gault & Millau Slovenia. 

The idea of an objective presentation of the Slovenian gastronomy was warmly welcomed and Mrs Pak pointed out that the arrival of the guide in Slovenia is not a coincidence but a result of hard work and represents a great acknowledgment of Slovenian gastronomy and a stimulus for further development. Especially as Slovenia applied for the European gastronomic region in 2021.

Gault&Millau will launch its Slovenian edition in October 2018, along with the website and mobile app.
