Gault&Millau Slovenia 2019
On Tuesday, November 20th, the gastronomic guide Gault&Millau Slovenia was launched in Ljubljana. The launch of the guide is an important step for the Slovenian gastronomy scene, and therefore for tourism, because Slovenia is increasingly recognized as a gastronomic destination. "I am happy that Gault&Millau Slovenia has confirmed the excellence of Slovenian cuisine and showed that we have excellent wines, which are among the best in the world," said Mira Šemić, director of Gault&Millau Slovenia. The guide will be in sale from next week. The event was attended by Côme de Chérisey, director of Gault&Millau, chef Christian Le Squer, French chef awarded with the highest grade Gault & Millau (5 toques) ,Ippei Uemura, Gault&Millau France Young talent of the year 2017, Marina Cvetić, owner of the world famous wine cellar Masciarelli Tenute Agricole and many guests from the world of gastronomy.
