OL ISTRIA
OL ISTRIA SELECTION is a premium extra virgin olive oil of golden green colour from selected indigenous Istrian varieties - Istrian bjelica, buža, rossignola, carbonazza and puntoza from the Barbariga area. The aroma is dominated by the distinct fruitiness of freshly cut grass and herbs, while the taste is further enriched with bitterness and spiciness, and aromas of green almonds and artichokes, rounding out this exceptional olive oil.
OL Istria selection is a perfect pairing to hard cheeses, various pastas and risottos, and adds a new dimension to vanilla ice cream.
Agrolaguna has olive groves with 65.000 olive trees on an area of 220 hectares, the fruits are processed in their own oil mill using the modern agricultural techniques and production technology. OL Istria extra virgin olive oil has kept the quality standard for years, as confirmed by the numerous awards it has won so far. The OL Istria brand also boasts a designation of controlled origin for extra virgin olive oil, the Istrian Designation of Origin. In addition to the Selection, the OL Istria brand olive oils are made from the varieties Picholine, Pendolino, Ascolana, Leccino, and the indigenous Istrian Bjelica.

OLEA VIOLA
OLEA VIOLA is a multi-varietal extra virgin olive oil obtained by blending the indigenous Dalmatian variety Oblica and the introduced variety Leccino. The oil is golden green in colour, with medium intensity fruitiness. The aroma is dominated by the pleasant scent of green almonds and olive leaves, while the taste is characterized by a mild bitterness and medium intensity spiciness complemented by the aromas of green almonds and Mediterranean herbs.
Olea Viola oil goes excellently with black cuttlefish risotto, the buzara of vongole and white chocolate cake.
The family farm, OPG Čelini from Pakoštane, cultivates olive groves in several locations along Lake Vrana and in the narrow inland area of Modrava. Oblica is the predominant variety, but there are also Levantinka, Leccino, Pendolino, Plavica and Frantoio. The continuity of the quality of their olive oils is proven by the numerous awards that they got at domestic and foreign competitions.

RADOJKOVIĆ LEVANTINKA
A single varietal extra virgin olive oil obtained from the indigenous Levantinka variety has a golden-green colour, a pleasant fruitiness, and a nicely balanced bitterness and spiciness. The aroma is dominated by green grass and basil, and the taste - green almonds, artichokes, and Mediterranean herbs.
RADOJKOVIĆ LEVANTINKA oil is the best addition to oily fish dishes, scampi risotto, and as a finishing touch on a chocolate cake.
The award-winning olive oil is the fruit of the effort and knowledge of the Radojković family, who has an olive grove with 450 trees in the village of Bogomolje on the eastern part of the island of Hvar. They have transformed their love for olive growing into two varietal oils (Levantinka and Oblica), a blend selection, and six flavoured oils (with orange, lemon, garlic, herbs, chili, and white and black truffles). All of this is on offer at Rajski vrt Radojković (Paradise garden Radojković), a beautiful estate that houses an oil mill and a tasting room.

RIZMAN
RIZMAN INTENZIVNO OBLICA is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil of the indigenous Dalmatian variety, golden in colour, with intense fruitiness of green olives, balanced bitterness and spiciness. The aroma is dominated by olive leaf and oregano, and the taste is green almond, green beans and artichoke. We can conclude that Rizman Intenzivno Oblica is a top quality, extremely harmonious and pleasant olive oil.
Rizman Intenzivno Oblica oil is best paired with young cheeses, homemade pasta with seafood and pistachio ice cream.
Owned by the Štimac family, the Rizman winery in Komarna has an ecological olive grove with 1.700 olive trees. The olives are harvested manually, one variety at a time, and that is how they process the oil. In their assortment, they have monovarietal oil of indigenous Dalmatian varieties Oblica and Levantinka, as well as a blend called Blago (Treasure). In the beautiful tasting room of the Rizman winery, you can taste all of their organic extra virgin olive oils and top-quality wines.

SALVELA
This top-quality extra virgin olive oil of golden green colour is a blend of selected indigenous Istrian varieties – Istrian bjelica, buža, rossignola, carbonazza and puntoza from the Barbariga area. SALVELA AURUM is an oil whose aroma is distinctly fruity, freshly cut grass and herbs, while the taste is dominated by bitterness and spiciness, additionally enriched with the scents of green almond and artichoke.
Salvela Aurum oil goes excellently with fresh cottage cheese, vegetable cream soups, sea bass carpaccio and dark chocolate ice cream.
Salvela olive groves are located in Barbariga, right by the sea on the western coast of southern Istria. 7.200 trees of local varieties have been planted on 30 hectares of land, some of which are several hundred years old. In addition to Aurum, Salvela offers Buža, Istrian bjelica, Rošinjola and Punta Cissana. Salvela oils are processed in their own oil factory in Vodnjan, where all the products can be tasted.
