ANTINO
ANTINO HEALTHY SECRET is a multi-varietal extra virgin olive oil created by combining the indigenous Dalmatian variety Oblica and the introduced Italian variety Coratina. The oil is golden greenish in colour, with a balanced bitterness of medium intensity and a slightly more pronounced spiciness. The aroma is of freshly cut grass and olive leaves, while the taste is harmoniously dominated by the enchanting notes of green almonds, green bananas and artichokes.
Antino Healthy Secret is best used with white meat dishes, vegetable salads and as a complex addition to dark chocolate ice cream.
ANTINO extra virgin olive oil was created by the Vulin family. In their olive groves, which are located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Vrana and the sea, they cultivate almost 1000 olive trees, mostly indigenous varieties. In addition to Healthy Secret, the Antino brand offers two more premium labels: multi-varietal Harmony and Santa Justina oils.

BELIĆ OLEUM VIRIDE
OLEUM VIRIDE ROSULJA is a single-varietal extra virgin olive oil made from an indigenous Istrian variety. This excellent oil is green-gold in colour and has an intense fruity aroma and taste of green olives. The initial balance of bitterness and spiciness gradually intensifies pleasantly. Pronounced notes of green beans and green banana give this oil an interesting taste.
The Belić family's Oleum Viride Rosulja oil is the best accompaniment to grilled tuna, noodles with scampi and pistachio cake.
In the Istrian olive groves of Fažana, Galižana and Peroj, the Belić family cultivates around 4,500 olive trees with a rich assortment of 14 different varieties. From Istrian varieties they have Buža, Rosulja, Vodnjanska Hrnica and Istrianska Bjelica, from Italian varieties Leccino, Pendolino, Maurino, Frantoio, Itrana, Casaliva, Moraiolo, Ascolana tenera and Cipressino and the French variety Picholine.
In Rabac they have an Oleotheque, a shop and tasting room where they present and sell their own products, with the possibility of tasting the oils and listen to the explanation. On special occasions they organise oil-food pairings. They also have a similar shop in Zagreb.

BEMBO
BEMBO ISTARSKA BJELICA is a mono-varietal extra virgin olive oil of an indigenous Istrian variety. The oil is green-gold in colour, exceptionally fruity, and has a balanced bitterness and high-intensity spiciness, which is the main characteristic of this variety. The aroma is dominated by green olive leaves and notes of mown green grass, and the taste is mint and artichoke.
Bembo Istarska Bjelica goes excellently with mature cheeses, seafood risotto, and vanilla ice cream.
The Lupić family cultivates 30 hectares of land in the Bale area with about 5,400 olive trees. In addition to this oil, they also produce extra virgin oils from the Buža, Rožinjola, Puntoža, Negrolina, Leccino, and cuvée varieties, or blends of different olive varieties. You can taste and buy Bembo extra virgin olive oils, Somnis wines, and other valuable products of the Lupić family in their beautiful tasting room in the very heart of the historic centre of the picturesque village of Bale.

CHIAVALON
CHIAVALON ROMANO is a multi-varietal extra virgin olive oil obtained from a blend of the indigenous varieties Vodnjanska Buža and Rožinjola. It is adorned with a green-golden colour and intense fruitiness of the green olive leaf. This oil exudes harmony of bitterness and spiciness. In its taste it has rich aromas of green grass, green almond and artichoke.
Chiavalon Istra can be paired very well with vegetable cream soup, white fish carpaccio and warm apple strudel.
In the Vodnjan area, the Chiavalon family farm cultivates 30 hectares of olive tree plantations with more than 9,000 trees, mostly indigenous Istrian varieties. They produce their ecological extra virgin olive oils in their own sophisticated oil mill. All Chiavalon family olive oils have an exceptional quality, as confirmed by various international awards. In their tasting room near Vodnjan, you can taste Ex Albis, Romano, Istra, Mlado, Atilio and Organic olive oils.

DALMA OLEUM
DALMA OLEUM PREMIUM is a multi-varietal extra virgin olive oil, obtained from several varieties - the indigenous Dalmatian Oblica, Leccino, Pendolino and Levantinka. It is of a golden green colour and has a balanced bitterness and spiciness. Dalma Oleum Premium is dominated by the fruity aroma of green olives, green almonds and artichokes, while the taste buds will feel green banana and aromatic Mediterranean herbs.
This oil will wonderfully enhance wild asparagus and scampi risotto, sea bass carpaccio and vanilla ice cream.
The olive groves from which Dalma Oleum Premium is obtained are located in several locations along Lake Vrana, and are cultivated by the Lalin family from Pakoštane. Oblica is predominant, but there are also Levantinka, Leccino, Pendolino, Ascolana tenera, Buža, Istrian Bjelica, Moroccan Picholine and Krvavica. In addition to the Premium oil, they also produce a single-varietal oil made of Oblica variety. The Lalin family has a shop in the centre of Pakoštane, where you can taste their multiple award-winning olive oils and other products from their family farm.
