On the Gault & Millau Croatia website, you will find a selection of Croatian restaurants that have entered the guide Gault & Millau Austria 2018, and includes the restaurants from Istria and Kvarner.
Gault & Millau Austria does not include the category of the POP addresses, so in the Croatian edition of the guide, as well as on the website, you will find places where the experience and the concept take the lead along with the quality food. POPs do not get toques (chef caps) but are exceptionally popular.
The
Croatian edition of the prestigious guide will be launched in the spring of
