Hrvoje Zirojević, Gault&Millau Hrvatska Chef of the Year, was a guest at the 25th Sarajevo Film Festival

Hrvoje Zirojević, chef of Laganini restaurant in Palmižana, ambassador of the Taste The Mediterranean Gastronomic Festival and chef of the year selected by Gault&Millau Croatia, was a guest at the 25th Sarajevo Film Festival, where he hosted the Coca-Cola gala evening.
At the gala evening, Zirojević sipped on unique tuna carpaccio rolls and guanciale liver ganache.
He was assisted by Sarajevo's Chef Elvir Hrvo in putting together the evening at the Festival's closing.
