Partner of the Gault&Millau Croatia 2020 project is Aurelia, a brand that produces fresh and high quality pasta that is made out of durum wheat and has no preservatives.
Pasta produced by Aurelia is a Croatian product. It is produced in a factory by the company Naše klasje. In this company, they call their production “The green house” because they are trying to organize as „green“ production as possible by protecting the environment.
Ana Grgić, executive chef of Zinfandel's restaurant within Hotel Esplanade Zagreb, prepared a meal with Aurelia fresh pasta for more than 200 guests on Gault&Millau gala dinner. The delicious meal made by this renowned chef was bread pads stuffed with ox tail, parmesan cheese frost and black trumpet Velouté.
