Friendly vendors will gladly weigh the amount of pasta you want to buy and pack it in paper bags. Besides the fresh pasta, Aurelia offers hummus and olive spreads, as well as the spread of ricotta cheese.
With a little bit of imagination and a few additional ingredients, you can cook a delicious, yet easy weekend meal, as prepared by chef Srđana Jevtić (on the photo with the director of Aurelia Zoran Šimunić).
The decor of the new shop was designed by architect Kora Demel Zadro who decorated the stand with the floral pattern that can be found on women's folk costumes of Zagreb region.
