Smart Tourism 5.0 conference successfully launched
The panellists of Taste The Mediterraneana were chef Marin Rendić, owner of the Bistro Apetit restaurant in Zagreb and one of the founders of the Chef Cooks at Home initiative, and Yvan Esteve, owner of the Za Pod Zub restaurant and Hvar Chef service.
They talked about how to deal with the problems of the coronavirus era, the crisis in gastronomy and the future of fine dining. The panel was moderated by Dubravka Tomeković Aralica.
The conference was organised by Može li hrvatski turizam 365?, HTI Conference & Expo and Place2go - međunarodni sajam turizma.
