A great location, an excellent selection of wines and platters with top -quality local cheeses, prosciutto and sausages were clearly the winning formula for the success of this bar in the very centre of the city, on Europski Trg. The fusion of brunch, wine and street food at the bar is equally interesting for tourists and local guests, who enjoy spending afternoons, evenings and Saturday mornings at the high tables on two glass terraces and indoors. Of the 150 wines on offer (Kozlović, Krauthaker, Pilato, Petrač, Šember...), most are poured by the glass, and the platters feature delicacies from local producers such as Gligora, Buršić, Kumparička, Biogal and Janković. Their large warm bruschetta with cheese, prosciutto, arugula and cherry tomatoes are excellent, and the daily menu with cooked dishes is available from Monday to Friday, from 12 noon until stocks last. These are mainly various pastas, octopus salads, risottos, stuffed peppers in the summer, oysters in the winter. For these dishes, you need to call ahead and reserve a table, as they are prepared in limited quantities. There is a public garage near the Cheese Bar.
