Gault&Millau's review2026
A miniature restaurant in the centre of Poreč offers an energetic, modern and irresistibly delicious street food concept during the tourist season. Their dishes show Japanese, Thai, Malay and generally Pan-Asian influences, but combined with Mediterranean and Latin flavours. Chili Fusion Streetfood is an ideal place for those who like bolder flavours and a relaxed style: the portions are “colourful” and therefore visually appealing and very diverse. They are known for their crispy bao buns with homemade sauces, meat or vegetables, sushi rolls (Chili Rolls with fried shrimp in tempura, flambéed salmon and unagi sauce are their signature rolls), and their fried shrimp in tempura is a hit. They also offer various tuna dishes - tuna tataki, uramaki tuna roll, tuna tacos - as well as wraps, sandwiches and other quick bites typical of street food bars. The wine list is small, and the offer of non-alcoholic drinks is standard.
