The pastry shop and brunch bar in the city centre is known for its combination of creative French pastries, quality coffee and light breakfast options. The owner and Pastry chef Mia Salman has combined French pastry tradition with a modern approach and visually attractive cakes. If you come for breakfast, count on healthy and filling snacks such as the Signor Prosciutto (homemade pastry with ricotta, prosciutto, arugula and tomato) or the Bagel Losos (bagel with cream cheese, arugula and smoked salmon), while vegetarians can enjoy the Vege Wrap - a tortilla filled with hummus, smoked tofu and vegetables. The cakes are both delicious and pleasing to the eye, and our favourite is the Cheesestachio - a pistachio and raspberry cheesecake. Every year, Mia Salman offers a special program for special occasions. On the Christmas Eve they prepare nice boxes to take away of small cakes - Stars and Linzers, Ischlers, Londoners, Hussars, Žarbo cubes, Hungarians and other traditional sweets. During carnival, you will find donuts that taste like homemade ones - with apricot, pistachio, chocolate -hazelnut, strawberry -vanilla, almond -caramel and vanilla -chocolate. The atmosphere in the pastry shop is pleasant, the personnel are friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Part of the offer is also available through delivery services.
