Located in a spacious and modern space within a large office building in Strojarska, MIVA bistro & wine bar was designed specifically for this location, as an ideal place for a quality brunch or a quick business lunch. The concept of the kitchen is based on simple, well -executed classics of Croatian gastronomy, with several interpretations of world cuisine adapted to local ingredients. The menu changes every week and is diverse, so you can always find homemade stews and roasts, fish in several courses, traditional dishes such as the excellent Skradin risotto, but also a number of vegetarian options. As the restaurant is connected to its own wine shop, the wine list is impressive, and includes a number of labels from Croatia and the world, and expert waiters will recommend the ideal wine for each dish every day. The space is neat, bright and pleasant, equally suitable for daily meals as for relaxed moments after working hours.
