In a relatively short time, the restaurant in the Keight Hotel, part of Hilton’s upscale Curio collection, has become popular among visitors to Opatija as well as locals, who usually dine less often in hotel restaurants. However, Pierrot’s menu is a successful combination of traditional local dishes and popular Asian cuisine, with the especially attractive concept of a Sunday lunch at a popular price. At Pierrot, you can always enjoy a fine beef soup or a creamy seasonal vegetable soup, roasted chicken with potatoes, fish fillet with vegetables, steak with fries and truffle-flavoured butter, and fish stew enriched with Kvarner scampi served with polenta. On the other hand, you can try gyoza, vegan udon noodles, wok with chicken and sweet chili sauce, tuna tataki with wasabi emulsion, and the California maki shrimp comes highly recommended. Among desserts, we highlight apple crumble and yuzu crème brûlée. The restaurant’s wine list mainly features wines from Istria, with a wide selection of sparkling wines and champagnes by the glass, while the Rooftop Lounge Bar offers excellent cocktails. On the terrace with an impressive view of the Kvarner Bay, you can enjoy a more casual selection of small bites and simple dishes, often accompanied by live music.
