Gourmet Restaurant
One of the most successful gastronomic - pubs in Zagreb is located in the northern part of the city. The parking lot in front of the popular Mlinka is full from morning to evening. Guests come for the craft beer that Mlinarica has been producing for ten years, and gableca - cooked dishes of traditional local cuisine, served with fresh homemade bread. Sarma with mashed potatoes, goulash, beans with sausage or pork knuckle with cabbage, breaded hake and potato salad and fried squid - are the backbone of the daily offer. Guests also come for burgers with crispy fries, and most of all for the delicious charcoal grill that smells half the street. Excellently baked burgers, stuffed pork loins, kebabs, skewers, BBQ ribs and chicken wings, rump steak and grilled steak are a hit all year round. Among the side dishes, the most sought-after are crispy chips, potato halves, sweet potatoes, baked beans, grilled mushrooms and vegetables, homemade croquettes, classic french fries with sauces and a variety of salads. For burgers and sausages and for the famous Mlinarica burger, they prepare the mixture themselves. On weekends, they also offer a variety of roasts, always juicy and well-seasoned, with which guests drink beer the most. You can sweeten up with cream cakes, baklava, chocolate and cheese cakes, displayed in a glass display case in the restaurant. On the covered terrace and in the rustically decorated halls, the atmosphere is always relaxed, the staff is fast and friendly, and the price-quality ratio is fair.
