Evenings at Tempera are unforgettable – says the team of the restaurant-bar in the centre of Makarska, which attracts the guests with a cheerful atmosphere, lovely interior and terrace design, delicious cocktails, but above all, delicious dishes at reasonable prices. The gastronomic offer could be described as a combination of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, so for an appetizer you can order Yuzu Tuna – Adriatic tuna sashimi with toasted sesame and yuzu fruit sauce – and for the main course Porky Panko, which is nothing more than a pork steak stuffed with ham, mozzarella and pickles, in dark beer tempura. You can also order burgers, steaks and fish dishes in imaginative combinations, and whatever you choose you will not stay hungry because the portions are truly generous. They pay great attention to the presentation of the dishes, and the personnel are friendly and well-coordinated. They have a rich selection of Croatian and foreign wines, some of which are served by the glass, and they are also known for their refreshing cocktails. Although Tempera Street Food & Bar acts as a gathering place for younger guests due to its decor and atmosphere, there are an equal number of older guests who know how to recognize quality.
