The blessings of the Kutjevo vineyards and the long family tradition guarantee high quality wine. This has always been the goal of the Adžić family, the owners of 11 hectares of vineyards from which they produce 100 thousand litres of wine - mostly Graševina, but also Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Zweigelt, Rhine Riesling and Rosé. The business was started about thirty years ago by Antun Adžić, who learned a lot about wines as the driver of Ivan Jambrović, the legendary director of the winery PK Kutjevo, and was helped by the winemaker Ivan Enjingi, who produced the Adžić first wine in his cellar in 1994. His son Željko, a former Dinamo footballer, later joined him in the business. He still mentions the importance of his late father for the development of Kutjevo winemaking. “Anything you want to know about viticulture and wines, just ask. We will be happy to explain and show you everything,” use to say Antun Adžić. That’s what Željko Adžić says today to everyone who visits their beautiful and elegant tasting room made of Slavonian oak.
