Đakovo wines have a long tradition of production in Mandićevac, the centre of the Đakovo vineyards, just 13 kilometres from the city of Đakovo. They have changed owners, survived in the most difficult times, but have always been the pride of the region, combining tradition with a modern approach to viticulture. Their wines have a pleasant taste, they are drinkable, fresh and lively, with carefully preserved varietal aromas and scents. Equipped with the latest technology, they produce annually a three million litres of wine of continental character. Particularly focused on white wines, Graševina and Rhine Riesling are the carriers of further development of this wine company, which operates as part of Kutjevo d.d. Other varieties are Pinot Gris and Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, as well as rosé wine. They have long since crossed the borders of Croatia and export throughout Europe - to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Poland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark, Bulgaria, Romania, as well as the USA. The labels are adorned with the logo of the Đakovo Cathedral silhouette and a recognizable rosette. Their wines encourage the visitors to explore the winemaking heritage of the region, and can be tasted in the pleasant ambiance of their taproom in the centre of Đakovo.
