Surrounded by steep vineyards and overlooking the sea, Gospoja Winery is one of the symbols of the modern interpretation of traditional Krk winemaking. Often called the Pearl of Vrbnik, it plays a significant role in the development of tourism in the inner island. The Toljanić and Brusić families are involved in the business, with a fourth generation already growing into future winemakers and hospitality professionals. Gospoja is known for their Žlahtina wines (including selected and barrique versions), the sparkling wine made from Žlahtina, the red wine Gospoja from the revived Sansigot variety, the rosé wines, and the dessert wine Sveta Nedija. More than just a winery, Gospoja is a complete oeno-gastronomic complex, including a wine hotel, a production of the traditional Krk prosciutto, a restaurant, a tavern, a pizzeria, and a tasting room, offering a full experience of Kvarner’s wine and food in one place.
