Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
The top boutique winery from Dalj has developed on a centuries-old tradition, and its owner Jasna Antunović Turk, a graduate economist, likes to say that she tries to look at wine through the eyes of her ancestors. She remembers very well how she went to the vineyards with her father and visited her grandmother. In 2004, by planting new vineyards, she introduced the family to a new era of winemaking. Five years later, she managed to build a new winery with a capacity of 950 thousand litres. With a lot of dedication and knowledge, she creates unique wines with a feminine signature from Graševina, Chardonnay, Muscat, Green Silvaner, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The winery has also a rustic tasting room for about fifty people, made of wood and brick, with an archive of 2.000 bottles of selected wines. Wine lovers can enjoy in four different tastings and, if they wish, in homemade culinary delicacies. They can also stay in the vineyard house. The wines of the Antunović winery are among the most awarded in Croatia, and their 2013 Graševina Premium received a platinum medal at Decanter.
