Oil mill
A single varietal extra virgin olive oil obtained from the indigenous Levantinka variety has a golden-green colour, a pleasant fruitiness, and a nicely balanced bitterness and spiciness. The aroma is dominated by green grass and basil, and the taste - green almonds, artichokes, and Mediterranean herbs. RADOJKOVIĆ LEVANTINKA oil is the best addition to oily fish dishes, scampi risotto, and as a finishing touch on a chocolate cake. The award-winning olive oil is the fruit of the effort and knowledge of the Radojković family, who has an olive grove with 450 trees in the village of Bogomolje on the eastern part of the island of Hvar. They have transformed their love for olive growing into two varietal oils (Levantinka and Oblica), a blend selection, and six flavoured oils (with orange, lemon, garlic, herbs, chili, and white and black truffles). All of this is on offer at Rajski vrt Radojković (Paradise garden Radojković), a beautiful estate that houses an oil mill and a tasting room.
