Happy Easter!
We wish you a Happy Easter with the culinary creations prepared by two Gault&Millau Croatia Chefs of the Year, at the occasion of the annual Awards ceremony at the gala dinner held in Zagreb.
Chef Ana Grgić Tomić, (Esplanade Zagreb Hotel) delighted the guests with the main course - Lamb and artichoke: lamb confit, black lentils and anise pancake, smoked yogurt with chili, wild onion cream and artichokes.
Chef Marko Đurašević, (Zrno Soli Split restaurant) created the Chicken or Egg appetizer: rooster ramen, soy, miso, truffels, fried corn bao.
The wines Festigia Malvazija 2023 and Rizman Primus Plavac mali 2021 completed the gastronomic experience.
