Antunović. Graševina Premium 2013

This is a wine of a deep golden colour, which is the result of the maceration and 20-month-long maturation in Slavonian barrels. It has intense aromas of ripe yellow fruits, ranging from apples, pears, and quinces to tropical fruits, fragrant limes, honey, tobacco, and petroleum. On the palate, it is a fresh, pleasantly acidic and mineral wine. It is soft, round, complex, full-bodied, and has a long finish composed of all these rich ingredients.

Benvenuti, Malvazija Anno Domini 2015

This is a rich dry white wine made from the typical Istrian Malvasia grapes, which, after 15 days of maceration, matured for two more years in barrique barrels. The wine is full of tertiary aromas of overripe yellow fruits, dried peaches, apricots, dry grass, and honey. Besides the rich fruity flavours, a pleasant freshness and a great minerality can be recognised on the palate. The aftertaste is luxuriant, harmonious, and extremely lasting.

Miloš, Stagnum 2007

This wine has a deep dark ruby colour and was made from the grape variety Plavac Mali. It is a lush, full wine that matured for at least five years. It has intense aromas of dried Mediterranean herbs and spices, overripe dark fruits, dried figs and prunes, black tea, carob, black pepper, leather, coffee, and dark chocolate. The wine is dry and warm, pleasantly fresh, with a lot of strong, ripe, sweet tannins, and a multitude of tertiary aromas of maturation – dark fruits, sage, smoke, and chocolate. It is mineral and has a rich and full body. The aftertaste is long-lasting, luxuriant, extremely concentrated, and well-balanced.

Roxanich, Teran Re 2008

This is a deep ruby-coloured wine, which has aromas of overripe dark berries, smoky notes from maturation in a barrel, spices, chocolate, and leather. This is a rich, full wine with strong tannins, a refreshing acidity and rich flavours; it is a large wine, which must be aired in order for its voluminousness and rich flavours to emerge. The aftertaste is long-lasting, luxuriant, and perfectly balanced.

Tomac, Brut Amfora 2010

This is a golden-coloured sparkling wine, made from the 2010 vintage basic wine which was first matured in a clay amphora, and then in barrels, from a blend of Chardonnay and old local varieties grown in Plešivica. The matured, rich base brought the freshness of a breeze and the wealth of ripe autumn aromas to this luxurious sparkling wine. We recognise aromas and flavours of overripe fruits, such as apples, pears, quinces, dried apricots, and orange zest, as well as the familiar tertiary aromas of macadamia nuts, brioche, butter, vanilla, yellow tobacco, and caramel. The tiny, vibrant bubbles play about in the glass the entire time. The finish is long, luxuriant, complex, and lasting.
