Win a scholarship from the Raise the Bar Academy for young gastronomic talents

Thanks to the Raise the Bar scholarship, Nikolina Putica attended the famous Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Istanbul. What it meant for her progress in the world of gastronomy she spoke at the first gathering of the Mediterranean Women Chefs platform, at the Taste the Mediterranean festival in Split.

Kruno Rozić, head of education at the Raise the Bar Academy, gave a lecture to students and professors of the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management in Split, talking about a program aimed at increasing the quality of education of the workforce in hospitality and tourism.

Raise the Bar awards scholarships to young gastronomic talents with a strong desire to learn and perfect their skills. Anyone between the ages of 18 and 26, can apply if they have at least one year of work experience. Scholarships are intended for chefs, pastry chefs and restaurant service staff.
