Located in the business heart of Zagreb on Radnička Street, Tekka has been living up to its status as the best Japanese restaurant in the city year after year. The top level of offer and impeccable gastronomic experience are confirmed by numerous titles, led by the three streams of the Gault & Millau guide. Minimalism, the warmth of wood and discreet luxury define the interior of Tekka. The tables provide pleasant intimacy with dim lighting, while the open view towards the kitchen allows you to follow the preparation of each plate. Top quality sushi and sashimi are just the beginning of the offer at Tekka. Their menu hides a rich range of Asian dishes, from gyoza and wok to Wagyu A5 beef and Black Coda in miso sauce, intertwining them with creations such as duck breast with beetroot and goat cheese or goose liver with hibiscus. From the rich sushi menu, a variety of nigiris and classic hosomaki with tuna and salmon stand out. Precisely prepared rice combined with impeccably fresh fish once again confirms the high level of Tekka's cuisine. In addition to cold appetizers, the wok with pork, peanuts and rice noodles attracts attention, which offers the right measure of Asian spices, while the Tekka Style octopus with sweet potato, bok choy and teriyaki is an excellent example of a creative combination of techniques and ingredients. A top professional team, a rich wine and champagne list with many labels available by the glass, with a great price-quality ratio, make Tekka a place of supreme pleasure. All recommendations!
