4 Kantuna restaurant & pizzeria, located in the very heart of the city, exudes a warm and pleasant atmosphere, ideal for both a relaxed lunch and dinner with a glass of good wine. Our gastronomic journey began with an excellent colourful seafood cold appetizer, which delighted with its richness and diversity at first glance. The platter included tuna and white fish pâtés, juicy prawns, smoked tuna and smoked mussels, salted anchovies, fresh arugula, aromatic olives, capers and toast. The quality and freshness of the seafood clearly came to the fore. The hot appetizer was followed by fregola sarda with an aromatic prawns and clams sauce. The highlight of the evening was the main course – Fisherman’s pan à la 4 Kantuna. A house specialty, this sumptuous broth of scampi, white fish, mussels, squid and prawns served with polenta is a true celebration of the sea. The dish is rich, filling, but extremely harmonious, with a traditional sauce, and the polenta perfectly absorbing all the flavours of the stew. To finish, we chose the mango panna cotta, light, creamy and with a perfectly balanced sweetness that rounded off the entire meal and left a pleasant, fresh ending. It is especially worth highlighting the excellent selection of pizzas, as well as the rich offer of wines, spirits and cocktails, which can satisfy even the most demanding guests. The service is professional, friendly and unobtrusive, which further contributes to the overall experience.
