Arsana Tasting House is more than a restaurant – it is a place to socialize and learn about good food, good wines and everything else that enriches life. After the tourist season, the charmingly decorated gathering place for the people of Omiš and their guests often hosts themed dinners, presenting local winemakers and Omiš chefs, and various gastronomic workshops – for example, making homemade pasta, kombucha workshops, gluten-free products… The daily gastronomic offer is based on fresh, seasonal ingredients and authentic Dalmatian dishes prepared in a modern way. During the season, in the morning they offer brunches with creative and light dishes, such as Eggs & Salsa or Roast Affair (roast beef in red sauce with arugula, parmesan and truffle mayonnaise), and after 5 p.m. the menu offers several multi-course options. The Arsana Experience consists of two appetizers, a main course and dessert, and the Chef’s Menu consists of as 7 courses. Tasting House Arsana is located in the part of Omiš called Smokvica, which is like a miniature stage of the past - alleys winding between stone houses and the water towards the Mirabella fortress.
