In the immediate vicinity of Stara Trešnjevka Park is Boccone Pizza & Bar, a pizzeria that captivates with excellent Neapolitan pizzas and a pleasant atmosphere. Pizza lovers, adults and children, are happy to come here, and everyone feels welcome. The space is neat and very pleasant to stay, they also have a spacious terrace, and special praise is due to the young staff who are friendly and fast. With a rich selection of classic and gourmet pizzas - Margherita, Capricciosa, Diavola, Quattro Formaggi, Prosciutto, Terrazza and Zu Cca Nduja - the Tastes of Croatia line stands out, inspired by Croatian regions and autochthonous ingredients. Pizzas Danube, Mura, Mirna and Neretva bring ingredients characteristic of certain parts of Croatia, such as kulen, meat from tiblice, boškarin and cheese from mišina. This time we chose Boccone pizza, a sumptuous combination of bresaola, arugula, burratina, mozzarella di bufala, Grana Padano cheese, pistachios and reduced balsamic vinegar. All the ingredients were of top quality, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. We enjoyed every bite! We also tasted Mirna, which combines truffle, boškarin salami, arugula and sun-dried tomatoes. A very interesting and harmonious combination of ingredients that will delight lovers of more refined flavors. Boccone is a pizzeria that we are happy to return to for proven excellent pizzas, and they also offer sandwiches, lasagna and several desserts. In addition to all of the above, the prices are appropriate for the quality, which makes this Trešnjevac pizzeria one of the favorite gastronomic destinations in the western part of Zagreb.
