Harbor CookHouse & Club has established itself as an urban gastronomic address that pays equal attention to the plate, the ambiance, and the overall experience. Located in an attractive location, the restaurant has an outdoor and indoor terrace, from which you can enjoy a view of the city walls and the bridge – a view that gives every meal an extra dimension, whether it is a casual daytime lunch or a special occasion dinner. We started with a cream soup of roasted cauliflower and leek, enriched with crispy chickpeas that give it additional texture and flavour. The soup was velvety, balanced, and with a discreet but recognizable aroma of roasted vegetables. This was followed by an excellent oxtail risotto, a dish that demonstrates the technical certainty of the kitchen. The rice was perfectly cooked, the sauce thick and full, and the meat tender and aromatic – without superfluous elements, but with a clearly expressed character. The highlight of the evening was the porchetta in demi-glace, served with creamy polenta seasoned with gorgonzola, glazed pear, blueberries and polenta chips. It was a layered plate in which salty, sweet and creamy harmoniously complement each other. During the week Harbor CookHouse&Club offers a business lunch at promotional prices ideal for work meetings or just a quality lunch in a pleasant atmosphere. With a thoughtful wine list, cocktails and professional, unobtrusive service, Harbor confirms itself as a place where gastronomy, location and atmosphere are form a rounded whole.
