Konoba Tereza is a well known restaurant in Primošten. At the entrance to the old town, the Žarkov family has renovated a stone house that attracts the guests with its warm atmosphere, either the tourists who are here for the first time or those who regularly return for good food and good service. On summer evenings, it is nice to sit on the charming terrace with wooden white benches and tables covered with colourful tablecloths. You can also take a table in one of the cosy rooms on the ground floor or first floor. At Tereza they offer homemade dishes of the traditional Dalmatian cuisine. The menu includes both fish and meat, so you can choose according to your wishes. The hosts will be happy to help you make a choice. We tried their fine local prosciutto and a selection of cheeses, as well as the delicious tomato soup, which they prepare with fresh ripe tomatoes. We especially liked the savoury mussels in the red buzara sauce. Then we ordered the grilled veal marinated with spicy Dalmatian herbs. Scents and flavours of Dalmatia. The meat was delicious, although perhaps a little dry. The grilled tuna was excellent, baked so that it had a nice brown crust on the outside and remained pink on the inside. Those who want it can also get a modern version of tuna steak with sesame and soy, a dish that does not reflect the Dalmatian tradition but is adapted to the taste of the international audience, just like the prawns in tempura. The wine list is not too large, but they offer well-known labels from various parts of Croatia. You will appreciate their house wine. Tereza is still a good address in Primošten.
