Prestige Restaurant
ManO2 is a representative of creative haute cuisine in Zagreb, and chef Hrvoje Kroflin builds the concept on local ingredients, micro-seasonality and Croatian gastronomic heritage, which he interprets with modern techniques. A special feature of ManO2 is its dual personality - as it is located in the business zone of Radnička cesta, it is very popular for business lunches, while in the evening it turns into a more serious fine-dining restaurant with tasting menus. The space is modern, elegant and unobtrusive: the open kitchen allows a view of the harmoniously organized work of the culinary team, and there is also a glass-separated wine shop with an impressive collection of the best Croatian and world labels. Guests can choose between an à la carte offer and tasting menus - from five and eight courses. Among the dishes on the à la carte menu are cold-smoked beef tartare, Adriatic squid, soparnik vol. 2, Adriatic shrimp, dumpling with aged cheese, wild Adriatic fish, various steaks, slow-roasted veal, bull's tail and deer. Meat is the restaurant's trademark, so the rib eye Black Angus Heritage Beef, Wagyu Kiwami, dry-aged rib steak on the bone and beef fillet of Simmental cattle are commendable. They are accompanied by equally exciting desserts, such as deconstructed poppy seed cake with raisins, tempura, bee garum, black lime and poppy seed ice cream. The waiters are playful, competent, dedicated to the guest, but unobtrusive. A special impression is made by the chef who greets the guests at the end of the evening and asks about their experience - a gesture that confirms a high level of dedication to every detail.
