Restaurant Noir is one of the best restaurants in the neighbourhood of the city’s administrative offices. During the day it is mostly frequented by local guests and employees of the County, the courts and the cadastre offices. However, the ambiance is also very pleasant for evening outings, especially when they have live music. The interior is modern, in muted colours, and they have an outdoor terrace. They offer mostly Italian cuisine. The personnel are polite and efficient. We were there for lunch and everything we ordered was very good and adapted to the guests who need a quick, but high-quality and tasty meal. We tried the fresh chicken salad. Seasoned with smoked yogurt sauce, rich, tasty, crispy, with flavoured croutons, Grana Padano cheese, and pieces of pancetta, it turned out to be a light and ideal meal for the work break. For those who like something more specific, there is the osso buco with Milanese rice, slow-cooked shank in a thick sauce served with saffron risotto. The porcini mushroom risotto is also excellent, al dente, full of flavour, creamy, with pieces of fresh porcini mushrooms. Noir has a good wine list with foreign and domestic wines, and the sommelier will be happy to advise you on what goes well with the selected dishes. Good food, good atmosphere and affordable prices are enough reasons to visit Noir.
