Chef's Restaurant
The restaurant on the ground floor of the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel is a popular place for business lunches, as it is located in the center of the business zone and provides guests with peace and discretion. However, even if you enter as a guest who happened to be in that part of the city and got hungry, you will be pleasantly surprised by the offer and quality of the cuisine. Their trademarks are good meat, grill and contemporary international cuisine. The menu starts with simpler Mediterranean dishes such as Panzanella salad, which combines vegetables, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and croutons. We recommend fans of Japanese cuisine to try their sushi - regardless of what you continue the meal with. There are 8 pieces in a serving, and the rolls are made of prawns, avocado, tuna and wagyu beef. The main dishes are divided into categories A little smaller (for example, Black Angus burger or pljukanci in a sauce of Dalmatian prosciutto and black truffles) and A little bigger (salmon in a carton with vegetables). There is also a wagyu selection - premium beef that occupies a special place in the restaurant's identity. They are known for their Black Angus, and they also offer Japanese A5 Wagyu beef, with a very soft, almost buttery texture. Next to the restaurant is the OXBO Wine Bar with a large selection of wines, and on the side there is a hidden terrace that is very pleasant during the warmer months. For larger groups, it is advisable to book a table, and if you come alone or in pairs - friendly waiters will always find a place for you.
