That Villa Nai 3.3 is a unique and extraordinary hotel was confirmed by the latest Michelin 3 keys award which is the highest honour in the Michelin guide’s hotel selection. There are only 143 such hotels in the world. Fused into the hillside in which it was dug and built from the same stone that was extracted during excavation, Villa Nai 3.3 is a project by architect Nikola Bašić, who is also famous for his Zadar Sea Organ. In the wilderness of an unspoiled island, he created this amazing small hotel surrounded by olive groves for the spouses Nives and Goran Morović, who realized their lifelong dream. In addition to 8 exclusive suites and rooms, a large swimming pool, and a spectacular view of the sea and islands, Villa Nai 3.3 has a restaurant called Grotta 11000. Grotta means cave in Italian, and the name perfectly suits the restaurant space, which is dug into the rock, and most dishes are prepared over live fire, in stone ovens. These are most often freshly caught fish or lobsters, but also top-quality steaks of organic origin. The restaurant is a combination of fine-dining and Dalmatian tradition, which it has elevated to the highest level. Beside the dishes, you will be served homemade bread and their extraordinary olive oil, which has won numerous awards at the highest world competitions. In addition to the olive groves surrounding the hotel, they have their vegetable gardens with organic products that they use in the cuisine. Genuine ingredients whose taste is mostly forgotten. Everything they will offer you will be daily fresh and will delight you. The superb presentation of dishes, the high level service, along with the finest wines, will further enrich this unique experience that will remain in your memory for a long time.
