Gault&Millau's review 2026

Stina Vino, one of the most modern wineries in Dalmatia, is located on the waterfront in Bol. It has a wine tasting area, a professional tasting room for customers, sommeliers and larger groups of wine lovers, while the back part of the building houses a cellar with large stainless steel and wooden barrels. In the sales area, you can purchase the wines from their two recognizable lines, Stina and Vina Brač 1903. The first line includes indigenous varieties such as Pošip, Vugava and Opol, while the second is a combination of indigenous and international varieties, such as the sparkling wine Godiment and the red Bogondon. Along the winery, on the waterfront, tables are set up, where the guests can enjoy aperitifs, fine wines, Dalmatian prosciutto and cheese, served with black olives and bread, from the afternoon until late at night. The wine tasting room at Stina offers structured tasting programs that combine 2–4 types of wine with cold snacks. With the guidance of expert sommeliers and a tour of the cellar, visitors can better understand the story behind each wine, and tours are also organized with visits to vineyards and historic wine-growing locations that - along with panoramic views of the island - provide a complete picture of the lifestyle and wine production on Brač.
