Winery presentation by Gault&Millau

Hand-picking grapes and modern processing make this winery, previously known as Feravino, both traditional and contemporary. They mostly produce Blue Frankish and Graševina wines, but they also grow Merlot, Chardonnay, Syrah, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc. In the last two years, their wines have won more than 20 Decanters, and can be tasted in the tasting room within the winery or in the cellar dating from 1804. The Cistercians and Templars brought the wine culture to this part of Slavonia. The new cellar was built in 2020 and it contains the barrels made from old Slavonian oaks that surround the winery. The vineyards are spread over different micro-locations. Graševina grows best on Goveđa Glava, and in the vineyards of Mataruge, Srednjak, Božilovac and Zoljan, while the Pepelane and Ravno Brdo locations are known for their Blue Frankish. Enosophia is also the first Croatian brand with interactive AR labels. With the help of augmented reality, you can examine the wine labels more closely via mobile applications to get a special audio and visual experience - for example, hear the music that, according to the research, emphasizes the taste of wine or learn more about the world famous rosé regions.
